True Altitude is operated by Xavier Ricolfi from Los Angeles, California. This site is designed to share our work and let prospective clients reach us. We collect as little information as possible.
What we collect
When you submit the contact form, we receive the email address you provide, your message, and optionally your name and phone number if you choose to share them. This information is sent to us through Web3Forms, a service that processes form submissions, and arrives in our inbox via email. We use it only to respond to your inquiry.
When you visit this site, we use Vercel Analytics to understand how many people view our pages and which pages they spend time on. Vercel Analytics is cookieless and does not collect personally identifiable information. We do not track you across other websites and we do not build advertising profiles.
We do not use: third-party advertising trackers, social media pixels, session recording tools, or analytics services that identify individual visitors.
How we use it
Inquiry messages are read by our team. We may reply by email or phone. We retain inquiry messages for as long as the conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterward in case you reach out again. We never share inquiry contents with third parties for marketing purposes.
Email forwarding for hello@truealtitude.net is handled by ImprovMX, which delivers messages from our domain to a personal Gmail inbox. ImprovMX has access to email metadata for routing purposes.
Your choices
You can request a copy of any information we hold about you, ask us to delete it, or correct it. Send an email to hello@truealtitude.net and we will respond within a reasonable time.
You can decline analytics by using your browser’s “Do Not Track” setting or any privacy-focused browser extension. Since we don’t use cookies or persistent identifiers, there is no cookie banner to accept or reject.

This site may occasionally link to other websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of sites we link to.
Changes to this notice
If we update this privacy notice, the “Last updated” date at the top will change. Significant changes will be noted clearly.
